Iracema Residence

Villa Costeira
In the district of Meireles, around famous hotels and the closest to the local animations, it is in this residence of 16 floors with sight on an emerald blue sea that you will find the Seaflats 106 and the Seaflats 1302.

With their privileged location on Beira Mar Avenue, our apartments also offer a whole range of entertainment and services: at the exit of your accommodation, by doing 30 steps straight you will reach the beach and less a 5 minute walk on your left you’ll be walking past some of the city’s best restaurants / bars / ice cream parlors, as well as many attractions. On your right this time is the yacht club or, more modestly, the atypical fish market where after choosing yours, you will cross the street to cook directly in one of the small restaurants provided for this purpose.

A votre droite cette fois se trouve le yacht club ou, plus modestement, l’atypique marché aux poissons où après avoir choisi le vôtre, vous traverserez la rue pour le faire cuisiner directement dans un des petits restaurants prévus à cet effet.
