Frequently Asked Questions

  • How to book an apartment ?

    After defining your dates and needs, visit our booking engine by clicking here to check the availability of the apartments and their prices. You can do the same by clicking the yellow “Book” button at the bottom right of this screen or in the same way on the page of an apartment.

  • When will I receive confirmation of my booking ?

    You should receive confirmation of your booking a few minutes to a few hours after proceeding to it on our site. You will receive at least 15 days before your arrival a voucher, containing all the information necessary for your stay.

  • When will you charge the amount of the reservation ?

    Please refer in priority to the general conditions of your reservation.

    As a rule, at the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay can be made. The balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your arrival.

    The reservation is considered as definitive at the latest as soon as the first deduction is perceived or in accordance with the conditions of cancellations appearing in our general conditions.

  • How is the keys handed over ?

    The handover of the keys is done directly at the reception of the residence, it is not necessary to make an appointment or to agree on a particular schedule. A receptionist is present 24/24 but you will have access to the apartment on the day of your arrival from 2 pm.

  • What are the arrival and departure times ?

    The check-in (handover of keys on arrival), is possible from 2 pm to noon. Check-out (handover of keys upon departure) is until 11 am.

  • What are your cancellation conditions ?

    Please refer to the terms and conditions of your booking.

    In general, in the case where the customer cancels his reservation and whatever the reason, the following expenses will be retained:

    • more than 45 days before arrival: no fee
    • 45 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
    • less than 7 days before arrival or no show : 100% of the amount of the reservation.
  • Are animals allowed ?

    No, pets are not allowed in the residences in which we have our apartments.

  • How much does a taxi cost from the airport ?

    Fortaleza International Airport is 11 kilometers from your apartment. For a transfer to the residence, count about 30R$ during the day and rather 50R$ from 10 pm. On the other hand, a taxi rank available at any time is located a few steps from your residence.

  • Is it possible to stay at 3 people in an apartment for 2 for example ?

    For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people expected per apartment. Thus a 2 person apartment can and should only accommodate 2 people, a 4 person apartment can accommodate the same way 1, 2, 3 but never more than 4 people.

  • Is breakfast included in the price ?

    Breakfast is not included in the price of the apartment. A breakfast service is available at Iracema Residence (Seaflats 306 and 1106) and at Iate Plaza (Seaflats 1103) and is charged at an additional cost.

  • What is included in the price of my reservation ?

    The price displayed includes:

    • renting the apartment for the duration of the stay, with its equipment
    • the cleaning fee, 5 to 6 times a week
    • bed linen and towels, linen upon arrival
    • condominium charges
    • water consumption
    • Cable TV
    • Wireless
    • 1 place in the parking of the residence
    • the services of the reception residence

    The price does not include : extras, your electricity consumption and administration fees (package of 80R$ per stay), change of sheets and towels (optional) which will be returned in good condition at the end of the rental and in a general way all services not included in your package.

  • Can we leave our luggage at the residence before check-in / after check-out ?

    Yes, each residence has a luggage service for this purpose.

  • Is the neighborhood safe at night ?

    Beira Mar is the main avenue of the city, place of entertainment and festivities. You can easily enjoy your evenings staying in the tourist spots, but at a late hour of the night, as in most cities in Brazil, we recommend you to take a taxi back.

  • Is there parking available ?

    Each residence has a secure underground parking. By booking an apartment, a place is automatically assigned to you. There is also a taxi stand nearby, as well as public transportation.
